Lincoln Peak Capital completed a passive, minority equity investment in Meadow Partners (“Meadow”), establishing a long-term partnership with Meadow’s management team.  Meadow, based in New York City and London, is a $1.8 billion AUM real estate investment and asset management firm founded in 2009.  Meadow invests in some of the largest, most liquid real estate markets in the world through private funds, separately managed accounts, and a permanent vehicle across its Opportunistic, Core‐Plus, and Value‐Add strategies. Meadow’s team consists of 25 highly experienced real estate and investment professionals. Meadow’s three founding partners have over 60 years of collective real estate experience and over 17 years of experience working together.
